This is a blog publishing Venezuela’s news and analysis in Japanese. The original articles are mainly from Venezueanalysis.com under the Creative Commons license.

It’s hard to find information in Japanese about not only Venezuela but Latin America in general. Even though there is more exposure in the media than before, most of the time it contains words like “anti-America” and “dictator” in the news when mentioning President Chavez. He is probably one of the most well-known world leaders in Japan now.

So, I hope this blog will provide better sources of information about Venezuela for the Japanese-speaking audience.

If you would like to share your story about Venezuela (i.e. articles, photos, videos) to Japanese readers, contact me through the email address at the bottom. It doesn’t have to be politics. It can be anything like beaches, culture, musica, arts, etc.
